What Is the Gas Mileage of the Ford EcoSport?
With both engines featuring Auto Start-Stop Technology, the Ford EcoSport does an excellent job of minimizing fuel consumption. This technology will automatically shut off the engine when you’re stopped and then seamlessly restart it when you begin to move again.

Standard with a turbocharged engine, the EcoSport provides dynamic and agile performance. The 1.0L EcoBoost® engine produces 123 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque. This direct-injection engine also comes with the 6-speed SelectShift® automatic transmission and a front-wheel drive system.
There is also the available 2.0L Ti-VCT I-4 engine. This engine produces 166 horsepower and 149 lb-ft of torque. It’s matched with the same 6-speed automatic transmission and the Intelligent 4WD system, which enhances your traction and stability when road conditions change.

Along with owning a vehicle that performs well and does a great job at conserving fuel, you’ll also get a spacious and comfortable ride. There are five seats among the two rows in the Ford EcoSport, with 91.1 cubic feet of passenger volume. The front seats are supplied with 39.6 inches of headroom, 42.9 inches of legroom, and 51.6 inches of hip room.
The rear seats also are given plenty of personal space, too, with 37.5 inches of headroom, 36.7 inches of legroom, and 50.9 inches of hip room.
