Behind the Scenes of Hopwood Cellars Winery

Wine and Cheese Boards Beginning in June of 2012, the Hopwood Cellars Winery team has been hard at work to bring their customers the most delectable wines in the region. The process begins by finding the highest-quality grapes from wineries around Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan.

Ron Hopwood, owner and winemaker, runs the winery with his wife Janet and their dedicated staff members. Hopwood began making wine in 1994 and has continued refining his art ever since. His creativity and passion keep customers coming back for more.

In addition to their extensive wine menu and tasting options, Hopwood Cellars Winery also offers a selection of meats, cheeses, and breads to enjoy with your glass of wine. Sample individual meats and cheeses or share a platter alongside fresh French bread or warm flatbread.

Lively Events at Hopwood Cellars Winery

If you’re around in September, check out the Big Grape Stomp event at Hopwood Cellars Winery. In addition to helping stomp on 900 pounds of grapes in oak barrels, you can play Giant Jenga, joust with your friends in an adult bouncy castle, and play corn hole. This event is also kid friendly, making it a one-of-a-kind experience to share with the whole family.
