The personnel at the dealership are always professional but personable.If there is a fault it is the aggressive insistence in seeking my public approval with posts like this. I drive Ford-If I have a problem- you will know about it!
In January 2017 I began my quest for a newer lightly used Subaru Outback and had came across several dealerships that quoted prices and later added all kinds of additional fees. In addition many of these companies use aggressive sales tactics that were almost criminal in some cases. On Feb 24 2017 after several hours online searching for the car i needed that met all my financial needs, i found a 2014 Subaru Outback with 20K at Andy Mohr Ford, however it was at 9pm on a Friday and due to my busy schedule I only would be able to buy it and pick it up the following day. I called the name on the ad (Erick Bradford) and he actually answered the phone and worked with me on his off-time after hours. He was able to get me the best deal within 500 miles and provided me an out-the-door price after a couple minutes of negotiation. (Something very few other dealers were willing to do) Skeptical due to my past experiences, i went to the dealer the next day and Erick had the car ready to go for me when i arrived. The Outback was clean, had plenty of fuel, and i didn't have to wait but five minutes despite me being 30 minutes late. After the vehicle checked out i went to the finance office. I was still skeptical because usually this is where crooked dealerships pull the bait and switch and either try to up the price or add additional fees. This was not the case. The finance guy had my paperwork done within 20 minutes and offered me other finance options but after i told him i had financing he did not push the issue any further. He was extremely professional and got me out the door as quick as possible. All the other staff were also very polite and gave an impression from the moment i walked in that their business was professional and customer friendly. I will definitely be returning and also recommending them to all my friends. Erick, thank you so much for making my car buying experience the best one i have ever received from a car dealership.
Excellent experience overall. Alex Buker is probably the finest salesperson I've ever had the opportunity to work with. Make sure to ask for him if your visiting the dealership! Although the dealership was extremely busy I did not have to wait long to finish up the paperwork and start enjoying my new car. I highly recommend Andy Mohr Ford if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
